How Senior Living Should Be.

My siblings and I cannot find words to express our gratitude to the management and staff of Manchester house for their outstanding care of our mother.  For over four years, Complete Care Solutions, a residential service agency that is owned and operated by the owner of Manchester House Assisted Living, provided quality care for mother at the family home in Bethesda, MD. Moving our mother to an assisted living was not an easy decision, but we soon found out that Manchester House was like a home away from home.  

 We were impressed when the owner of M.H. told us that there was no need to call when we were visiting. Mom’s 94-year-old brother would visit unannounced, and he was always impressed with the level of care and with the atmosphere. We highly recommend M.H. to anyone who is looking for a safe place for their loved ones. They serve meals like a five-star restaurant, the home is clean, and it does not look like a facility.

Mother has been at Manchester House Assisted Living for over one year. I am very pleased with the level of care that is provided there. The staff took extra time to learn about mom’s food preferences. They even had her join them in the kitchen to show them how to prepare some of her favorite dishes. The home has a beautiful covered front porch with very comfortable furniture. Mom enjoys relaxing on the porch. There is a double deck that is opened to a big back yard that faces the woods. Mom loves to sit there and watch the deer in the evenings. The owner of Manchester House also owns Complete Care Solutions, an agency that provides in-home care. Mother was a client with the agency and when she could no longer manage at home, she transitioned to Manchester House. Manchester House looks and feels like a home, not an institution and the staff have been very attentive and caring. They are simply the best.
